Existential Therapy in San Francisco

Finding Meaning and Purpose in Your Existence

Life’s big questions—Who am I? Why am I here?—can feel overwhelming, especially during times of life changes, grief, or uncertainty. Existential therapy offers a space to reflect on these questions and explore the deeper meaning of your existence. Together, we’ll confront themes of freedom, responsibility, identity, and purpose, helping you align your choices with your values. This process encourages courage in the face of life’s challenges and fosters a deeper connection to your sense of being.

Navigating the Questions of Life and Being

Existential therapy invites you to examine the core aspects of your existence, including the freedom and responsibility inherent in your choices. By reflecting on themes like grief, death, and the meaning of life, we aim to uncover the underlying values that guide you. Through this work, you can reconnect with your sense of identity and purpose, finding clarity and strength to navigate life changes. This is a process of not only asking why but also discovering what it means to be the person you are.
