Discover Growth Through a Process Group
In a small, supportive in-person gathering of 6–8 participants, a process group offers a unique opportunity to engage with others in real-time. This setting reflects real-life dynamics, providing a space to explore challenges, build connectedness, and foster personal growth within a community. Process groups are designed to offer peer support, encourage authentic engagement, and create a sense of shared purpose while deeply engaging with the shared emergent experience of the group.
The Benefits of Process Groups
Process groups provide a cost-effective alternative to individual therapy, while offering the unique advantage of group engagement. In this intimate environment, you’ll explore feelings, behaviors, and relationships with others, gaining valuable insight and feedback in real time. With support from peers and the facilitator, you’ll address real-life challenges and strengthen your ability to connect meaningfully with others, both within and beyond the group.
